These terms govern your use of the Travoila iOS app and the travoila.app website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Travoila helps you plan, organize, and re-plan trips using a mix of manual editing and AI-generated suggestions. Suggestions are starting points — confirm opening hours, prices, and reservations directly with the venue before you go.
2. Your account
- ●You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- ●Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- ●Don't impersonate other users, harass anyone, or upload content you don't have rights to.
- ●You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
3. AI-generated content
Travoila uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to suggest places, replan days, and generate packing lists. AI output is informational. Travoila doesn't guarantee accuracy of opening hours, addresses, prices, or availability. Always double-check before showing up.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Travoila Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription via Apple's App Store. Specifically:
- ●Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month. Pro Yearly: $47.99 per year.
- ●Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- ●New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple based on your subscription history within the same group.
- ●Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- ●Manage or cancel anytime in your iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- ●Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you upgrade to a paid subscription.
5. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy at support.apple.com/HT204084. Travoila can't issue refunds directly.
6. Acceptable use
- ●Don't reverse-engineer the app or attempt to extract our API keys.
- ●Don't scrape, automate, or abuse the AI features (we rate-limit per user).
- ●Don't upload illegal, hateful, or sexually-explicit content via journal entries, guides, or comments.
- ●Public guide comments are moderated; we may remove content that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
You own the trips, journal entries, packing lists, and guides you create. By publishing a guide as Public, you grant other Travoila users the right to view it. We don't claim ownership of your content.
The Travoila app, brand, and code are © Travoila. You may not copy or redistribute them.
8. Disclaimer
Travoila is provided "as is." We do our best to make the app reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We're not liable for missed reservations, denied entry, or any travel consequence resulting from incorrect AI suggestions or third-party data (Google, Apple Maps, weather services, etc.).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
