Is Travoila really free?+
Yes. The free tier lets you plan one active trip, get 3 AI suggestions per day, and use journal, lists, packing, and guides. Travoila Pro ($4.99/mo or $47.99/yr, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers) unlocks unlimited trips, unlimited AI, weather replan, day optimizer, events radar, packing AI, and trip export.
Do you sell my data?+
No. We don't sell or share your personal data. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Travoila → Cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of your current period. We don't show nag screens or hide the cancel button.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the app → You → Settings → Delete account. Confirms twice, then permanently removes your trips, journals, packing lists, guides, and AI history. There's no recovery window.
The AI suggested a place that doesn't exist.+
It happens occasionally — we ground suggestions in Google Places to minimize hallucinations, but the AI sometimes invents. Tap a suggestion to see the real place card; if it doesn't resolve, skip it. Email us so we can tighten the prompt.
Can I use Travoila offline?+
The basic itinerary is cached and viewable offline. AI features (replan, optimize, events) require internet. Full offline maps are on the roadmap.
Is my username private?+
Your @username is public to other Travoila users — it's how friends find you to share guides. Your email and trips are private.
Where are trips stored?+
On our managed PostgreSQL database in the United States, encrypted in transit. They're tied to your account and accessible from any device you sign in on.
